U.S. Immigration Legal Analyst

About the Role
We’re expanding our offshore legal team and seeking multiple U.S. Immigration Legal Analysts to assist in preparing and managing employment-based and non-immigrant visa petitions.
This is a fully remote position suited for professionals who are detail-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about immigration law. You’ll work closely with attorneys and legal staff to support a wide range of U.S. visa categories and green card processes.
Key Responsibilities
Non-Immigrant Visa Case Preparation & Filing
- Prepare and file petitions for:
- H-1B – Specialty occupations
- L-1A/L-1B – Intra-company transfers
- TN – Canadian & Mexican professionals
- E-1/E-2 – Treaty traders/investors
- O-1 – Extraordinary ability individuals
- P-1 – Entertainers, artists, athletes
- R-1 – Religious workers
- F-1/J-1 – Students and exchange visitors
- B-1/B-2 – Visitors for business/tourism
- Draft and file LCAs for H-1B and E-3 petitions.
- Handle status changes, extensions, amendments, and dependent filings (e.g., H-4, L-2, EADs).
Green Card Process Support
- Prepare and file PERM Labor Certifications.
- Draft and submit I-140 petitions across EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with USCIS, DOL, and DOS requirements.
- Maintain detailed case records and provide timely updates.
- Monitor visa bulletins, policy changes, and consular updates.
Client Communication & Team Collaboration
- Communicate with clients to collect documents and update case statuses.
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to manage a high-volume caseload.
- Suggest improvements for workflows and tech tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employment-based and non-immigrant U.S. immigration
- Experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, O-1, P-1, R-1, F-1, J-1, B-1/B-2, PERM, and I-140
- Strong knowledge of USCIS, DOL, and DOS regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
